  • Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
  • Support Requests: Information you provide when contacting support, including system logs if you choose to submit them
  • Newsletter: Email address if you sign up for our newsletter

  • Usage Data: How you interact with Mixvisor (features used, settings, etc.)
  • Device Information: Operating system, app version, and system specifications
  • Crash Reports: Technical data about app crashes to help us fix bugs (no personal project data is included)

What We DON’T Collect

Your Project Files: Mixvisor scans your local project folders to build a library, but we never upload, access, or store your actual DAW project files, audio files, or any creative content. All scanning happens locally on your machine.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve Mixvisor
  • Send you important updates about the app
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Fix bugs and improve performance
  • Send marketing emails (only if you’ve subscribed to our newsletter)

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Period.

We may share limited information with:

  • Service Providers: Email delivery, analytics, and hosting services (all are contractually required to protect your data)
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

Mixvisor is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
